We provide a comprehensive GI service, which includes clinical consultation, endoscopy services (including direct access from GP), and when necessary, in-patient  care. Patients can choose from male and female gastroenterologists

Gastroenterologist led Direct Access Endoscopy

We have been providing direct access endoscopy services since 2011, and it remains an important part of our comprehensive GI service. Our pathway is complementary to the rapid access service provided by the Mater Private Hospital.

Our gastroenterologist- led direct endoscopy service can be  accessed by sending a GP letter or completed referral form to:

Your referral will be received directly into our gastroenterology office 

 

The referral will be triaged by a gastroenterologist on site within 24 hours

Our Staff

We are a group of 5 experienced gastroenterologists, providing high quality care for gastrointestinal issues. We are supported by our friendly and helpful administrative staff based in 64 Eccles Street. Procedures are performed at the Mater Private Hospital
