Conor Lahiff is a Consultant Gastroenterologist with expertise in Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Advanced Endoscopy, as well as general gastroenterology. Originally from Dublin, he studied Medicine at University College Dublin and then completed Higher Specialist Training in Gastroenterology under the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland. He was awarded Doctor of Medicine degree (research) by University College Dublin in 2013 after completing translational research studies in the field of upper GI cancer. He has also completed advanced sub-specialty training in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and Advanced Endoscopy at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School, Boston Massachusetts, and at John Radcliffe University Hospital in Oxford, UK. He was appointed Consultant Gastroenterologist at the Mater University Hospital in 2019 and is an Assistant Professor at the School of Medicine in University College Dublin.
